1.1 The personal data of a Registered User/Guest Customer from the European Union, Switzerland and abroad are processed in accordance with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as this Privacy and Security Policy by Golenkova-Ferrero.Com (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site'), owned by Àngel Ferrero (hereinafter referred to as the 'Seller').
1.2 In case of a voluntary registration on the Seller's Site, a private individual or a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the 'Registered User') shall provide the following information: name and last name (natural person) or organization name (legal entity), e-mail address, contact phone number and a password to access his/her future account.
1.3 In case of placing an order as a Guest, i.e. without registration, an individual or a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the 'Guest Customer') shall provide the following information: name and last name of a customer and a recipient (if different) or organisation name (legal entity), e-mail address, contact phone number of a customer and a recipient (if different) and a delivery address.
1.4 By submitting personal data, both a Registered User and a Guest Customer agree to the processing of their personal data by the Seller, which will allow to properly fulfil obligations to the Client, as well as to evaluate and analyze the work of the Site.
1.5. The Seller has no right whatsoever to send any e-mails, including advertisements, to a Registered User/ Guest Customer without his/her additional and voluntary subscribing to an official Newsletter.
1.6. A Newsletter Subscriber has the right to unsubscribe from it at any time without explaining the reasons. Service messages to a Customer's e-mail address regarding his/her order status are sent automatically and can not be rejected.
1.7 The Seller has the right to use the "cookies" and informs a user about it. "Cookies" do not contain any confidential information and are not transferred to any third party.
1.8 The Seller automatically receives the IP-address data of a Site's visitor. This information is not used to identify a visitor.
1.9 The Seller is not responsible for erroneous information provided by a Registered User/ Guest Customer on the Site.
1.10 The Seller undertakes all attempts against any unauthorized access to any information obtained during his communication with a Customer and shall not share data about a Registered User / Customer to third parties, except the data, directly related to the execution of an order.
